Sales Rep - Training in Switzerland

Are you looking to join a world leader who will help you grow and develop? Interested in spending an exciting three weeks training in Switzerland to develop and succeed?

My client is looking for a candidate to join their company as a Sales Representative. The company are a leader in the dental device field and are looking for new salespeople to continue their expansion in the UK. You will be joining the company that value growing and developing their staff. In order to do this they will offer you personalised development schemes to help you achieve as much as you desire. This begins with 3 weeks of extensive training in Switzerland to help you step into the position fully prepared with an expert knowledge of the portfolio you will work with. After this you will have the chance to work with a leading portfolio of products and familiarise yourself with customers, but can expect to have further training and development opportunities. As you will be part of a growing company, you will be able to use these development and training opportunities to progress within the company. You can expect to see your standard of living improve and feel motivated to achieve without being constrained!

This role will be covering two regions, the first will cover the M4 corridor and the second will cover Kent.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous sales experience with technical medical devices or dental products
  • Have a consistent work history and strong sales record
  • Take a consultative approach to sales and have a record of building lasting relations
  • Be located on territory
