The School of Psychology is one of the largest and most prestigious schools of psychology in Australia, and its strong reputation is built on excellence in both research and teaching. The School's Clinical Psychology Program has been in existence for over 25 years.

The role

The School of Psychology is seeking a Centre Coordinator to coordinate the administrative functions of the Parenting and Family Support Centre (PFSC), which is the research arm of the well-known Triple P - Positive Parenting Program. The role includes supporting research, coordinating local space requirements and providing general office support, as well as liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

The person

Applicants will be highly organised and resourceful in helping the Centre to achieve its goals, and able to coordinate a range of activities with competing priorities. An understanding of the activities of a research centre would be well-regarded, including grant-funded research, travel, events, publications and stakeholder communication.

This role is a full-time position; however flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.

Remuneration

This is a full-time, fixed-term appointment (12 months with the possibility of renewal) at HEW Level 6. The remuneration package will be in the range $74,207 - $79,964 p.a. plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 9.5% (total package will be in the range $81,256 - $87,561 p.a.).
