Assistant/lecturer

Education: Master degree of Dietetics. Skills: plan and conduct food service or nutritional programs to assist in the promotion of health and control of disease, supervise activities of a department providing quantity food services, counsel individuals or conduct nutritional research; theoretical and practical knowledge of food technology, excellent communication skills, strong attention to details, strong analitycal and multi tasking skills, intercultural environment cooperation, time and people management. Experience: work experience as dietician, educating and advising a wide range of patients with diet-related disorders on the practical ways in which they can improve their health by adopting healthier eating habits, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to gain patients' cooperation in following recommended dietary treatments; extensive theoretical and practical nutrition knowledge.
