Distributor Sales Manager - Point of Care Imaging - Germany

Global Medical Technology company, specialising in latest portable blood diagnostics technology is looking for an ambitious and experienced Business to Business and Export Sales Manager for German and Austrian Markets.

Ideally, you will have knowledge of German distribution market, diagnostics devices, capital imaging technology or high end life sciences products (testing and blood chemistry). This role will give you a chance to work with innovative, market leading devices and at the same time life saving products. Key responsibilities involve:

  • Management of business relationships between the global organisation and distribution partners
  • Driving profitable revenue growth and obtaining complete understanding of individual distributors
  • Regular on site contact, work and planning with distribution sales (internal, external)
  • Providing guidance to sales, marketing and product management teams to create programs and materials and training to maximise distributor effectiveness
  • Tracking, monitoring and coordinating the processing of rebates, reimbursements, or other payments including Strategic Accounts for the assigned distributor
  • Travel 50-75%

Requirements :

  • BA in healthcare, business or marketing
  • 5+ years of medical device sales experience
  • Sales management experience
  • Motivation and drive to succeed
  • Fluent German and English languages
