Job Details
Our Client is storming the Medical Device Industry and looking to hire a Technical Service Engineer as a result of that success.
Being a mid-sized company they still have that family feel, and cater to their employees on an individual basis, ensuring you get the most relevant training for your own progression.
The ideal background for this role is Medical Devices or Diagnostics; however they will offer full training to those who have a background in electrical machines.
Main responsibilities.
- Installation, repair, maintenance and process integration of analytical
- Networking of analytical tools with optional software solutions and their implementation in existing laboratory information systems
- Basic training of users of analysis instruments and applications
- Support for the training of international service employees, and creating service documentation
Qualifications needed:
- Electrical engineering / electronics certifications.
- Comprehensive technical expertise in electronics, mechanics and ideally optics
- Relevant work experience in the field service
- Knowledge in analytical instrumentation, ideally in FT-IR, FT-NIR and Raman spectroscopy are desirable
- Good German and English spoken and written
Travel is required up to 50% of the time in this role, and will definitely offer the opportunity to be visible to senior members of the Engineering team across Germany and other areas of the World.
