Job Description:
Project Management support experience and expertise with:
  • PMP certification strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Project Management, project leader skills, data integrity and management within Pharmaceuticals, Engineering or other professional setting.
  • Project and progress tracking, generating reports, documentation of relocation, site operation, moves and department inventory.
  • Requires excellent detail orientation, organizational skills, professionalism, expeditiousness along with computer and typing skills.
  • Escalating Risks, Issues, Dependencies for the project to the project sponsor and internal management.
  • Excellent communicator, in person, verbally and virtually.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to multitask many projects at the same time.
  • Advanced Microsoft Project and Excel skills.
  • Support Program Managers, Engineers, Project Leads, and other administrative staff with managing details and tracking project through completion.
  • Managing data, reports, paperwork, data entry, data reconciliation .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work within a team and various managers/ executives at varying levels within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Desired but not required familiarity with SAP, Access, LIMS, Maximo.
  • Areas of familiarity desired: Pharma, Biotech, Chemistry, Engineering, Administrative, Project Management, instrumentation and equipment/machinery.
  • Flexible to changes in roles and function.
  • Good multi-tasking, organizational, project management and computer skills.
  • Quick study, quick learner with initiative, self-motivation and strong interpersonal/professionalism attributes.
