Do you want to work as part of a focussed project team?  Do you want to ensure there are fully documented processes to shape the development of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system?
 
We are looking for a self-motivated and versatile individual with a can-do attitude to work within Disability Services.  The mapping of data and processes is vital to ensure that student support is synchronised across both disability services and the student counselling and wellbeing service, and to shape the development of effective software.  You would be part of a small team, and provide administrative support to staff in the unit. 


Working closely with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Quality Assurance Officers, you will ensure that the service has fully documented processes that are then reflected in the CRM system.
