Job Details
Nonstop is currently recruiting a Business Development Manager on behalf of a biotechnology company providing a broad range of innovative products and services for the assessment and validation of anti-cancer therapies. By designing tailored preclinical evaluation services, the company's experts are able to sustain an optimal level of services for their clients to ensure the most appropriate study design and screening method to conduct preclinical essays.
Thus, as a Business Development Manager, you will be in charge of establishing productive and professional relationships with key customers in UK and Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark). Furthermore, you will present the company's services to future clients and identify their needs in order to optimise and adjust the services offered accordingly.
Profile:
- You ideally hold a MSc or PhD in pharmacology or any other related fields
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar positon, selling pre-clinical evaluation services.
- Fluency in English required, any other Nordic languages would be highly advantageous
- You are a flexible and customer-oriented individual who takes pride in exceeding client's expectations.
- Frequent traveling involved in UK and Nordics countries. This position is home-based within the territory covered.
Salary range: 55.000 - 80.000 GBP par annum depending on experience. You will also benefit from a very attractive commission structure.
