Senior Analyst (Workforce Analytics)

UQ Human Resources is responsible for enabling the achievement of the University's strategic ambitions through attracting, developing and retaining talented, engaged and high performing staff. This, in turn, enables University staff to better support our current and future students. Human Resources provides high quality human resource management guidance and expertise, through effective policy development, constructive advice and efficient administrative services.

Human Resources at UQ operates within a devolved environment with Human Resources staff located in Professional Services teams in Faculties, Research Institutes and Central Divisions, supported by HR specialist service teams.

The Senior Analyst (Workforce Analytics) is responsible for providing expert analysis and application of HR data including the provision of complex reports to inform strategic decision making, the design and delivery of automated reporting applications and dashboards, and the submission of official and sector based reports.

You should possess a postgraduate qualification in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a similar field, with at least four years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training.  To excel in the role you'll need expertise in workforce reporting analytics, including recent experience in providing complex reports and analysis to inform strategic decision making. Applicants should be able to demonstrate high level written and oral communication skills, innovation in the delivery of information to clients, and the ability to operate in a changing and complex environment.

This is a full-time continuing appointment at a HEW Level 8. The remuneration package will be in the range $92,811- $104,214 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of 17%.
