Job Details
Inherent requirements:
- Grade 12
- Two (2) year’s relevant experience
- Bilingual (English/Afrikaans
- Required competencies:
- Intermediate computer skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel, as well as the ability to learn new systems and ICT tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of People Soft (student marks, RIMS, requisitions, purchase orders)
- Relevant experience in secretarial duties at a tertiary institution
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to function with ease in the University’s parallel-medium and multicultural working environment.
Recommendations:
- A post-school qualification in administration
- Work experience of People Soft
- Work experience at a higher education institution
