The role

The Technical Specialist, Cloud is the senior technical resource for all infrastructure-as-a-service and platform-as-a-service environments at the University of Queensland.  

The person

You'll have significant experience in business analysis and technical solution design and strong technical knowledge and skills across a wide variety of cloud related technologies (see the position description for a full list). You'll have a detailed understanding of the automated provisioning of services in cloud infrastructure environments, and will be experienced in working with stakeholders to consult on and coordinate IT projects. You'll have strong interpersonal and communication skills and will be dedicated to delivering quality outcomes through collaboration, teamwork and mentoring others.

This role is a full-time position; however flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.

Remuneration

This is a full-time, continuing appointment at HEW Level 8. The remuneration package will be in the range $92,811 - $104,214 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of 17%.
