Leading with vision, confidence and credibility, you will enable teams to be collaborative and innovative, focusing on organisational enablement and delivering high quality outputs.

Academic Services drives the development and delivery of academic administration and advisory services to students. We prioritise improving the student experience through the development of a strong service culture and the pursuit of continuous improvement strategies.

In support of this, we want you to lead service improvement initiatives and support delivery of operational plans across our services, along with the ongoing development of KPI and operational reporting.  Your expertise in providing business intelligence support, including analysis of performance reporting, feedback and service trends to drive process, systems and service improvement will ensure these improvements are operationalised.
