Director of Quality/ QP

This role is as director of quality/ QP; you will be in charge of the quality functions in the manufacturing site and act as the 'go to person' for all operations enquiries, in charge of stakeholder management for the quality department.

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced manager to fast track his/her career to director level. NonStop pharma are working with a European CMO who are looking for a candidate who has the drive to ensure quality compliance across the site but also wants to develop themselves into a global function. This role is the senior quality position on site reporting into the global head. They are looking for an all round GxP candidate with a main focus on GMP/GDP. This site focuses on the commercial manufacture of liquid (non-steriles ) products. So experience in the production of liquid dosage forms is needed.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need:

• 5+ years experience in a quality management/ compliance positon
• GMP /GDP experience
• Team Leading experience -teams over 20+ an advantage
• Current QP named on licence
• Stakeholder management
• Liquid dosage form manufacturing experience
• Pharmaceutical experience preferred (cosmetics also accepted)
• Masters / bachelors degree in scientific discipline
• CAPA, Change control and SOP experience
• You will need to be fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken) for this position.
