Sales Manager South Germany - Oncology - Venture-Funded Swiss Pharma

Today is an exciting time in the business of Oncology, with new and innovative treatments being developed and commercialised every day. And yet few companies have as promising a pipeline in the area of acute bowel cancers as our partner firm.

We are working together to build their commercial team in Germany, preparing for the commercialisation of several novel product lines in this indication.

As a project this offers the chance to work within a highly specialist and severe indication, well known for long and difficult treatment pathways. You will be offering and commercialising therapies offering significant benefits in terms of side-effects, length of programme, and efficacy in treatment, and as such will be in a strong position to negotiate within your hospital and specialist network.

You will also benefit from substantial support in headquarters, where market access teams have worked in close collaboration with senior management and sales to develop a sustainable price model. This means the sales team will be working with products offering more than one USP in a demanding market, with good pricing strategies to back it up and a real opportunity for you to make your mark in the industry.

If you can bring:

• Proven experience managing sales/key account teams within oncology
• A scientific background that allows you to network with KOLs on a high level
• Current networks within the South of Germany (Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria)
