NonStop Medical Devices are working closely with a world leading IVD company to source their new quality assurance director. Originally placed within the US, due to ongoing growth, our client are now looking to hire a top expert to their site in Germany. You will gain the opportunity to be part of both strategy and operational aspects of QA, leading a team of around 3 in Germany and 6 in the US.

Due to the fact that this is a newly made role you will gain the creative flow to develop the department according to your own strategy. You will also gain the opportunity to be the top expert within the German site and have a clear impact on the already existing team. A great role to impart your IVD and QA knowledge.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A strong background within quality assurance for the IVD sector specifically.
• Some exposure to managing teams.
• Good working knowledge of the international standards, including of ISO 13485.
• Fluency in both English and German.
