Diagnostics Sales Director-Change Management-CH

A specialist diagnostics company specialising within point of care are searching for a Sales Director to support change management functions currently occurring across the business in Switzerland.

You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of both fresh and seasoned sales & marketing professionals within the diagnostics market. Other responsibilities will including bringing harmonisation within the team following a recent merger, as well as working closely with customers and helping to define the global strategy.

As a Sales Director, you will be part of a vast company with a lot of intercultural aspects and will work closely with leaders who recognise how to develop teams and go the extra mile to ensure employee satisfaction.

Key Requirements for this Sales Director position include:

• At least 8 years of sales leadership experience
• At least 10 years of sales experience within the diagnostic market, specifically working with point of care products
• Working experience on both a local and international level
• Fluent English and German with a strong understanding of French
• Candidates can be home based anywhere in Switzerland providing they have the ability to travel.
