The OneSource Regional Lab Computing Manager [RLCM] provides practice management across a designated regional territory. The position assures that all Team Leads and Client accounts are adhering to and delivering the practice processes, procedures and methodology. This role works seamlessly with and supports the other PerkinElmer practices and divisions within the lab computing environment. Work collaboratively with the Practice Manager to present, develop and or implement new policies and procedures.
  • Manage local accounts assuring that the lab computing service delivery is aligned with the PerkinElmer Practice Standards
  • Monitors Sites Metrics, SLA, OLA and ticket counts to assure that the teams meeting or exceeding contract expectations
  • Assist the Practice Manager with new service implementation assessments, design, implementations and continuous improvements.
  • Conduct monthly security and QA audits across all teams.
  • Meet regularly with account key stakeholders and the Customer Success Managers to assure that our delivery is aligned with the accounts expectations.
  • Assure that all PerkinElmer Lab Computing teams have playbooks for processes and procedures as defined
  • Continuously look to build upon our delivery and identifying continuous improvements
  • Meet with the Practice Manager weekly to discuss the practice and client’s environment
  • Supply a monthly report across all clients to the Practice manager
  • Work with the Principle Lab Computing Analyst and the Customer Service Manager to develop client monthly reporting and governance
  • Attend weekly client management meetings
