The Role

In this role, you’ll provide general administrative support to the faculty office and the wider faculty office space, including covering the faculty reception when required.

• You’ll need prior experience in a facilities, administration or reception role.
• A good standard of computer literacy, including knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programmes, is essential. Knowledge of enterprise management systems (such as PeopleSoft) would be an advantage.
• A strong customer focus is critical, coupled with excellent communication abilities and sound organisational skills.
• Needless to say, in this dynamic and active role your time management skills will be first class, as will your ability to work in a team environment.
