The Business School is seeking to appoint an Executive Education Manager in the GSM.

The main purpose of the role is to work with corporate clients to design and deliver customised learning programmes for their senior managers. It also has responsibility for looking after our C-Suite Programmes (the Strategic CFO, CIO and Supply Chain Programmes.)  There is also responsibility in the role for generating new business.

To excel in this role you will have a passion for personal and professional development and:

  • 5-10 years’ experience working in a senior Learning and Development or Organisational Development role

  • A significant and relevant network at a senior level within NZ corporates

  • Strong commercial awareness

  • Solid client relationships, networking and customer service skills

  • An understanding of global executive education trends to ensure innovation in programme design and delivery.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders and projects

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • A business development or sales orientation

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • The ability to exercise initiative and contribute effectively within a team environment
