This work work will be conducted in collaboration with scientists at the Francis Crick Institute and Barts Cancer Institute. The project will initially involve using our genetically encoded high-throughput screening platform to identify cyclic peptide inhibitors of the above protein-protein interaction, followed by synthesis and biophysical analysis of the lead molecules.
