Job Details
We have an excellent opportunity for a Service Lead at the University of Auckland. Our Identity and Access Management team is a key part of our IT Strategy, Policy and Planning (ITSPP) division. The University of Auckland has one of the largest IT shops in New Zealand with over 400 staff. We’re also New Zealand's leading university, and the only one ranked in the Top 100 universities globally.
You will build and develop a team that truly demonstrates our mission, vision and values to deliver excellence on our key accountabilities. This includes analysis, support, enhancements and upgrades for a number of key and strategic services that support our University.

To be successful in this position, you will:
- Be passionate about continuous improvement, both personally and for those you lead
- Demonstrate and have extensive experience in people management and service delivery leadership
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding of the role and how it supports our business
- Demonstrate deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Project Management and Agile development
- Demonstrate relevant experience in the Digital Identity and Access Management space
