Duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate stock in the Procurement Store.
  • Capture data into the E-Procurement system.
  • Ensure that stock issued corresponds with the physical stock.
  • Maintain stock on the system
  • Maintain stock levels.
  •  Inherent requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Two (2) years of store environment experience.
  • Drivers licence
  • Required competencies:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to function with ease in the University’s richly diverse working environment.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to work accurately and systematically, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Recommendations:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Forklift licence.
  • Assumption of duties: 

    As soon as possible.
