BD and Distribution Manager - Medical Technology - Germany

Global medical devices company specialising in point of care medical devices used for blood diagnostics and clinical chemistry tests is looking for an experienced Distributor Manager to join the team in Germany.

Here you will be part of the global organisation that has undergone expansion over the last few years reaching 200+ million USD in profits and currently planning to expand to retail - pharmacies sector. Therefore, you will be directly involved in the business expansion and will also get a chance to build your own team in future taking over more countries than just German market.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• assessing and managing distributor performance in the field to ensure the best new product positions on the market;
• identifying, recommending and executing new distribution partnerships;
• identifying and developing relationships with key customers and opinion leaders;
• working on country specific market dynamics: trends, competition, pricing, reimbursement and many more;

Requirements:

• Medical Device sales background, B2B business
• Experience managing distributors across DACH
• Ability to work in a global team
• Flexibility to travel 60% within the sales region
