Analyst

You will work on process improvement projects in the hospital and report to Manager, Business Process Reengineering. The prime focus of this role is to manage and execute hospital projects aimed at change management. Usual tasks would include analyzing business processes across the hospital, proposing changes or redesigning the targeted processes and successfully implementing change management initiatives. The overall objective would remain ensuring efficient and effective processes across the hospital in Karachi. 

Responsibilities

Specifically, you will be responsible to:

• Develop business case for change and project plans;
• Understand and document the current business processes in detail;
• Analyze the process and determine gaps and non-value adding tasks;
• Data collection, analysis and verification
• Process Mapping
• Root Cause Analysis
• Reengineer the process and suggest efficient working procedures that are in line with the institution’s strategic goals and objectives;
• Develop strategies for implementation of recommended changes; 
• Ensure sustainability of hospital projects which includes post implementation data analysis, constant monitoring and follow up, and frequent engagement with key process owners/stakeholders;
• Communicate effectively with higher management or relevant stakeholders of the institution as and when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in Statistics, Computer Science, Healthcare, or related Business degree preferably from a reputable university.
• Preferably 1 – 2 years of experience in healthcare;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to communicate all aspects of the job requirements, including the creation of formal documentation;
• Experienced in developing and delivering impactful presentations to relevant stakeholders;
• Ability to analyze data and understand the sequence of workflows;
• Ability to understand business needs and related business processes;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
