Job Details
Working as part of an inter-disciplinary team, you will contribute to the smooth running of the cross-University CITIES research theme. Specifically, you will provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support across the group including; information collation and dissemination; event organisation; marketing activities; and website management. You will also provide PA support to the core team and act as secretary to the CITIES activity network.
With excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills, you will be educated to A-level standard (or equivalent) or have substantial meeting and events co-ordination/management experience. You will also be fully competent in Microsoft Office skills and be able to manage multiple Outlook accounts and internet effectively.
