Technical Buyer - Electrical Engineering - Global Electrical Company - North Germany
I am currently working on a great opportunity with a leading global player in the electronics market. I am looking for an experienced electrical engineer who wants to have the chance to branch out their experience and work within the procurement department. This hybrid position is great for someone who loves all technical aspects of electronics but also wants to have an impact in the business models and have a more strategical input in the organisation.
With the position you will be responsible for all electrical engineering and you will be working very closely with the technical team. Your main tasks will be to improve and develop electrical compounds for the automotive sector. You will be working on a lot of projects which will give you the chance to work with other people from the business. This cross functional opportunity is great for someone who wants to do more than their everyday electrical engineering tasks, as you will be exposed to and work with the Quality Assurance and Purchasing department and be involved heavily with the project teams. This makes everyday different but still giving you the chance to be mainly focused within electrical engineering.

To be successful candidate must have:
- Strong electrical engineering background
- Technical Purchasing experience (desired, but not essential)
- Fluent in German & English
