Locum Social Worker - Child Protection - Low Caseload
A new post has become vacant for a Locum Social Worker for a Child Protection team based in the East of England. This Social Worker position offers team stability and reduced caseload as you are not picking up a lot of unfinished work as staff turnover is low, meaning you will be less stressed out.
You will have reduced cases so you will not in undated with a mountain of work on you're your first day so you will be able to manage your work load better, have less stress and most importantly an enhanced work life balance.
This position will also offer you:
- Constant support from management and support workers
- POD structure
- Interviewing this week
You will have worked as a Social Worker in CP Conferences and Court Work.
