Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences
The Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences aims to improve the health and wellbeing of our local, national and global communities through excellence in teaching, research and service. As a part of this dynamic faculty the School of Pharmacy was established in 2000 and has built a world standard pharmacy programme.
The opportunity
The School of Pharmacy is seeking a high-calibre academic pharmacist to lead teaching and research in Clinical Pharmacy Practice. You will lead the Clinical Pharmacy Practice team, working closely with the Academic Director to deliver a curriculum that produce graduates who will drive change in the profession.
Requirements
The successful applicant will have a registrable Pharmacy degree and a doctoral qualification in a Pharmacy-related field. Applicants must demonstrate a contemporary understanding of pharmacy practice, including the emerging professional roles of practising pharmacists. A research track record and evidence of an active research program that is aligned to the School’s principal fields of research is essential.
This is a full time, permanent academic position.
