Market Access Specialist - Mid size Device Company

NonStop Pharma has been engaged by a mid sized medical devices company to find them a Market Access Specialist for Germany. This position is a like a junior market access manager and is a great opportunity for someone with maybe a couple of years of market access experience in Germany to increase their responsibilities and gain a great learning environment.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Native German speaker, fluent in English
• Experience of market access in Germany, you must have some practical experience, ideally working in the market access team of a pharma or device company
• Understand German health insurers and what they are looking for to grant market access
• Be willing to travel in Germany

The company is a mid-sized med device company, with around 650 staff globally. Currently in Germany they have a sales team, but don't have a market access function. This is what you will be doing, you will help set and lead the market access strategy within Germany. You will be working with and meeting German payers to discuss market access and coordinating with the field team. The company is not looking for anyone too senior so this is an excellent opportunity for someone with not too much experience to drop yourself in at the end deep-end in a challenging experience that will allow you to grow hugely in your career.
