Provide preventative maintenance analysis and recommendation to the customer. Conduct monthly review meetings to review outstanding items. Also manages the on-site data and data bases.

- Primary liaison for Scheduled Maintenance activity.
- Place and track preventative maintenance (PM) calls to and from OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and third party service providers, prioritizing as necessary.
- Updates Planned Maintenance table and manages the rolling PM report; forecasting staffing and parts requirements.
- Point-of-contact regarding preventative maintenance, for Engineers, OEM and third party service providers.
- Ensure required PM and validation calls are assigned as per SOW.
- Enter equipment updates into Maximo and / or SAP system, including work order and purchase order creation as well as accurate asset information.
- Close completed service orders and monitor open service orders to minimize delays in service.
- Interact and communicate with client personnel via telephone and email.
- File and retrieve quality documents within auditable system.
