We are seeking a Sr. HLA Technician based in Santa Clara, CA. This is a temporary position with the possibility to convert to regular full-time.
 

Position Overview
Performs functions associated with mechanical and electrical assembly of complex a-Si and CMOS digital x-ray detectors.  Completes technical troubleshooting, rework and quality testing related to production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
 
 
  • Execution of technical panel manufacturing process operations in specified area/module
  • Certifies manufacturing and repairs of all product lines
  • Provides initial diagnosis of incoming RMAs and schedules repairs
  • Communicates with customer service and engineering to facilitate timely RMA repairs
  • Assists in failure analysis and associated reporting
  • Provides manufacturing support to engineering and/or manufacturing team for experiments and process development or improvements
  • Tracks lots, verifies WIP through MES and MRP systems, equipment calibration, and process qualification
  • Calibrates manufacturing and measurement equipment to document procedures
  • Qualifies manufacturing processes to documented procedures
  • Supports compilation and auditing of process documentation
