Customer Support Officer - Medical Device Company - Lelystad

My client, a medical device manufacturer due to extensive and on-going growth is currently searching for a Customer Support Officer to join their affiliate close to Lelystad, Netherlands.

The company is looking for a person that has very strong communication skills as well as good admin skills in MS Office. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to learn and develop within international organisation, progress in their career. You would be working together with our external customers and personnel within the organisation based across the whole Europe.

This is ideal position for newly experienced professional to get into the industry.

Responsibilities are:

• Organisational office tasks
• Support customer concerns via telephone, email
• Providing advice and being able to handle and direct complains
• Assistance to order management, writing of proposals, planning with the headquarter in Netherlands
• Organising schedules and meetings

Experience:

• Previous admin and customer service experience would be ideal, but not a must
• MS Office Skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Commercial attitude and ability to deal with A level customers
• German, Dutch and good English skills
• Ability to be based in close to Lelystad
