Job Details
As Lecturer in Childhood Studies you will carry out research, teaching and management within the school, faculty and university and contribute to academic leadership in the field of Education and Childhood Studies, with a specific emphasis on inclusive education and psychology.
You will have a keen interest in teaching on our BA in Childhood Studies which is an exciting, market leading interdisciplinary degree offering students a wide range of different career opportunities to work with children, young people and families. You will also have an opportunity to teach on the BA Education, MA Childhood Studies and MA Special Educational Needs programmes.
We are looking for someone with vision and research capability to join the Childhood and Youth Academic Group within the School of Education, a group with a strong UK and world-wide reputation. This is an excellent opportunity for you to join a diverse and talented team with established strengths in teaching and research in a School of Education with an outstanding teaching and research environment.
