European Financial Manager - Join a Large Medical Corporation

Market leading medical technology company with a strong financial team across the business units in EMEA are searching for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance operations in Europe, drive abd support sales activities delivering transparent P&L, reporting to actual and forecasted performance.

The position is versatile; you will be responsible for coordinating accounting activities (US GAAP) and legal entities (Germany, France, UK and Poland). What is more, you will be conducting financial reports but also leading and developing international team, making sure succession and growth planning is being done.

What is unique about the role - the organisation clearly expressed the internal progression. If you join as European Finance Manager, this will not be your last role. The company has clear plans of progression for this person, the ability to manage the whole global finance division, sales organisation and manufacturing side. Key duties & responsibilities:

• Supporting key global finance processes (reporting, forecasting, etc) within deadlines given
• Providing management with daily, weekly and monthly data, monitoring reports to drive the business results
• Conducting the financial management reporting
• Leading and developing global team
• Preparing management review material

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years of professional experience, minimum 3 years finance function within a global company
• Track record fur driving, supporting and building relation ships with commercial and other fuctions
• Excellent accounting and financial skills
• Certified accountant qualification
• SAP R/3 and other reporting systems experience
• Fluent German and English languages
