Six Sigma Black Belt, Dedicated Process Improvement Role, Essen

My client are currently searching for an experienced Six Sigma Black Belt professional to join their operational team for process improvement in the EMEA region. You will be integrated in a young and dynamic team where you will receive extensive training and development from their Six Sigma Master Black Belts as well significant challenge in your work, which will give you skills and expertise to step into more senior roles. The company always look to promote staff from this team within 2-3 years of starting in the role, meaning you are almost guaranteed to progress quickly.

You will be responsible for improvement projects based on the Six Sigma methodology and will be contributing to continuous improvement processes for production facilities in Germany and across the company's European manufacturing sites, giving you scope to travel regularly and develop an international profile. Working cloesly with the on-site Master Black Belt in Essen you will be further implementing Six Sigma methodology in Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics and will be responsible for providing consultative advice to these departments on change management which will included giving training and instruction to employees.

Requirements:

• Academic Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Qualification as Six Sigma Master Black Belt
• At least 3 years industry experience in the Chemicals Industry, focused on process improvement
• B2 Level German and a good level of English essential
