PHARMA CONTRACT - Head of Quality Operations - Greater London

NonStop Pharma is working with a growing biologics company who are focused on creating innovative products for the biopharma market. They are actively looking for a talented individual to act as interim head of quality. This position gives you the opportunity to become a key part of a growing business, as this is not a project based contract you get to imprint your own ideas into a developing business, you will also be a key figure during the handover period to ensure a smooth transition of the new management. This role also opens up future opportunities as you will be exposed to an extensive range of biologic products and therefore gaining the experience needed with similar product line allowing you to excel in your career.

Responsibilities:

• Manage quality operations department (15+ QA staff)
• To monitor customer complaint feedback as required
• Drive and employ all CAPA and change controls
• To assist in carrying out non-conformance investigations
• To maintain a cross company unity in GMP compliance
• Liaison with key stakeholders
• Overview of all audit programmes

Qualifications and Experience:

• Biologic/ sterile experience
• Previous Quality Assurance GMP experience
• Up to date understanding of EU regulatory requirements.
• Excellent scientific and technical knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good planning and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to meet changing needs and priorities of the business
• Proactive in expanding own understanding and knowledge

This position is based in the west London area. This is a perfect location holding a happy balance between the hustle and bustle of city life and the quieter relaxing experience of the suburbs. As it is very accessible via public transport or roads, you get the choice of both.
