Trainee recruitment consultant - Great OTE commission in Prague

NonStop Recruitment is a high end recruitment agency witch provides an award winning training that will get you ready for working in the recruitment sales environment. You'll be earning a basic salary + a uncapped great on target commission that together can go up to £45K in your first year, £65K in your second year and over 70K in your third year. Money that you can spend or not spend however you want!

After the training you'll be responsible for the recruitment process from beginning to end. You will not only contact businesses to win roles but also advertise them, headhunt and source candidates, pre-screen the candidates and deliver feedback and offers to them.

We are looking for you if you are:

• Motivated, sales driven and want to progress your career to the next level
• Fluent in English (a near native level of Dutch / German / French / Danish or Swedish is a plus)
• Willing to move to Prague for a minimum period of 6 to 10 months
• In possession of a valid European Union passport or work visa without visa sponsorship
