Job Details
On behalf of one of the leader within the IVD industry, Nonstop is recruiting a technical support specialist to be based in their European Support Centre based in Strasbourg. As a member of the Technical Support Team, you will provide customers remote support in the technical & diagnostic area, for their full range of medical laboratory products. This technical support is mainly provided via phone and email.
This is the opportunity for a junior candidate to have access to a 6 month to one year training with one of the most reputable company in the industry. You will be relocating within a very multi-cultural and dynamic team.
Profile:
- Master in Life Sciences, biomedical engineering, molecular biology preferred
- 1-2 years of experience as a technical support specialist or within a customer service environment (entry level accepted if relevant academic background)
- Fluency in English and Swedish
