Sales Representative - Chemistry and Pharma Automation - South Germany

A large corporation, manufacturing high end pharmaceutical automation technology and providing advanced manufacturing process solutions is searching for an Account Manager to cover South Germany and Austria.

In this position you will be part of a multimillion dollar corporation (part of Fortune 100). Since the company has a huge market share and legacy across the globe, the products will not be difficult to sell and introduce to clients so you can make high sales and bonuses throughout the year. What is more, here you will still be part of a growing and expanding division in pharma and chemistry automation therefore will have chances to grow and progress into more senior sales and business development roles.

The role involves facing customers, developing new business relationships, making sure the business grows. You will disseminate key messages, initiatives to the assigned customers. It will be mainly focused on new client development; however there will also be some aspects of key account management. You will be identifying new sales opportunities and 'hunting' in the field. You will be responsible for strategy development and will receive support from senior management to be able to act as the sales brand ambassador.

Experience required:

- Pharmaceutical automation sales experience

- Chemicals sales background

- Experience 'hunting' for new accounts, businesses

- Fluent German and English

- Ideally, life science background or university degree
