The University of Auckland, in partnership with the Auckland District Health Board, are bringing together the expertise of New Zealand’s preeminent research-led University and New Zealand’s largest Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) service provider to recruit an academic Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist.
In order to further advance already flourishing research in Maternal Fetal Medicine and to enhance the existing clinical expertise, we are seeking an Associate Professor/Senior Lecturer to join our vibrant team. Look forward to a mix of research, teaching and clinical work which enables you to maintain your clinical expertise while expanding your research portfolio.
Considering the scope of this role, it’s essential you are an obstetrician and gynaecologist with subspecialty qualifications in Maternal Fetal Medicine who is also passionate about research and research-led teaching. Your experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine research should be backed by an appropriate qualification (PhD, MD or equivalent) and the ability to obtain New Zealand medical registration.
