Strategical Purchaser (m/w) - Polymers - Chemical Company

My client is a leading chemical organisation who is currently developing their procurement department, due to the continuous growth. You will be responsible for the implementation of new strategies for the department and will be working closely with all their sister organisations across the country.

In this position you will be responsible for all strategical purchasing. Having the chance to be responsible for all sourcing negotiation whilst working closely with high calibre professionals, will allow you to work independently but also work with a great team whilst learning and gaining more experience in the business. As they are a growing company they need someone who knows how to deal with all their products, whilst ensuring that this is done in a strategical manner.

My client, is looking for a real team player who can join them and be part of their continuous growth and success. They are also open to taking on recent graduates who have a bachelor degree in purchasing and is looking for a chance to develop their experience as a procurement professional. You will be working closely with the more senior candidates who will train you in understanding the chemical industry.

To be successful candidate must have:

• 2+ years experience working as Purchaser
• Experience working a production environment
• Bachelor degree in Purchasing or similar
• Fluent in German & English
