We are seeking to appoint a motivated, experienced and energetic technician to contribute to a research project investigating the role of placental extracellular vesicles in fetomaternal communication during pregnancy.

Who are we looking for?

This role will involve working with small animals, human placental explant/cell culture, histology and flow cytometry.

  • You will hold a MSc or BSc (Hons), or equivalent, in an area relevant to biomedical and/or reproductive science.
  • Previous experience in small animal handling and/or flow cytometry will be a major advantage
  • You will have excellent communication and people skills, and be able to work both independently under the supervision of the project leader and as part of a team.
