Trainee recruitment consultant - OTE commission

You can start your international career in Prague with the opportunity to relocate to one of our other offices in the UK and Switzerland within 6-10 months.

NonStop Recruitment is a high end recruitment agency witch will provide you with an award winning training that will get you ready for working in the recruitment sales environment. You'll be earning a basic salary + a great uncapped on target commission that together can go up to £45K in your first year, £65K in your second year and over 70K in your third year. Money that you can spend or not spend however you want!

Once you've complete the training you'll be responsible for the recruitment process from beginning to end. You will contact businesses to win roles, advertise these roles, headhunt and source candidates, pre-screen the candidates and deliver feedback and offers to them.

We are looking for people that are:

• Motivated, sales driven and are not afraid to talk to businesess and candidates over the phone
• Fluent in English plus a near native level of Dutch / German / French / Danish or Swedish
• Willing to move to Prague for a minimum period of 6 to 10 months
• In possession of a valid European Union passport or work visa without visa sponsorship
