Benelux Regulatory Manager - Grow into Team Lead Role

This is an excellent position, for a strong candidate who is looking to progress into a manager role. You will start working on the Benelux level, and in your first year you will get responsibility about one person. Previous management experience in not required, which makes it an excellent opportunity to grow into a team leader role, within a short period of time.

You will be working for a multinational Chemical Company, providing professional Hygiene solutions. You will be in charge of making sure the whole Benelux portfolio is compliant at every point in time. This is a huge challenge as you will be covering over 1500 products specific, allowing you to build a broad skill-set.

Most of the products will be subject to the biocides regulation, but at the same time you will also get exposure with Cosmetic, Medical and even a bit of Pharma regulations, allowing you to expand your skill-set even further. Your task will only consist of compliance work, as you will be supported by the EU team, who are responsible for the actual registration work.

To be successful:

• Experience with Biocide regulations on a country level is preferred, but also candidates with REACH experience could be suitable if they want to grow into the biocides field
• CLP knowledge
• 5 years of regulatory experience
• Fluency in Dutch and English, French is a plus
• Good networker
• Strong communicator
