Our School of Nursing is currently seeking a highly organised administration professional to support a variety of functions around Academic Heads, General Academic Administration, Assessment and Exam Administration and Research Administration Support. These include helping produce teaching materials, carrying out data reporting and assisting academic staff with course administration.
You’ll work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including students and clinical academics, in a dynamic and complex environment!
To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following skills and experience:
- 3-5 years’ administration experience, ideally gained in a tertiary environment. You’ll need to be fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Immaculate attention to detail, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage a busy workload;
- Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, as you will be working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team with an outstanding customer focus for the school’s key stakeholders.
This position is permanent, part time 18.75hrs per week, based at our Grafton campus.
