My client, a leading family owned business focused on providing pharmaceutical products to customers throughout the world, is looking to expand its operation in Germany by hiring a commercial manager. Introduced in Europe less than a decade ago, this company has been showing impressive growth in Europe. Today, they are looking for someone to help them sustain this success.

This position offers you a fantastic opportunity to become the key person supporting an international company in its expansion strategy in Germany - where you will be responsible to set up the foundation for future success. - Responsible for a generics drugs product portfolio you will be responsible to grow the business in Germany the country manager. Supported by a cross functional team, you will be in charge for a wide range of tasks, allowing you, not only to use you experience but also to develop new skills.
Using your network and knowledge in the Pharmaceutical industry, you will be running the operations in Germany from the day-to-day commercial decision making to the business data analysis and strategy design, allowing you to unleash your entrepreneurial potential and build your own success.
This is a very challenging opportunity. You will therefor need support to achieve those targets. Educating and training your sales team will bring you this support. You will be able to share your experience, develop, coach and learn from your team members in order to maximize the development of your market and your success.
What is required from you?
- At least two 2 years' experience in selling pharmaceuticals parallel import products
- German and English fluency required

You will be offered a permanent contract, with a basic salary between 60 000€ and 80 000€ per year, according to your experience. You will also be fairly rewarded on your performances as the variable part of your salary.
