VACANCY: SENIOR LECTURER

Minimum Requirements

  • PhD in Applied Mathematics and area of specialization,  Applied Mathematics (Numerical methods, Optimization, or Financial Mathematics)

  • Minimum of three years’ university teaching experience, with a proven record of recent research

  • Knowledge of Mathematics in general

  • Ability to teach both undergraduate and postgraduate mathematics

  • Research focus are in Numerical Methods, Differential Equations

  • problem solving skills

  • Good record of publications

  • Good knowledge of Mathematics related software including Latex, Matlab

  • The ability to function effectively as part of the team in a multi-cultural working environment


Recommendations:

  •  Knowledge of Mathematics in General will be an added advantage.
