Student Education Service Officer (Timetabling)

Leeds University Business School is an international business school, world ranked by the Financial Times, and holding “triple accreditations” from AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS.  As part of the Student Education Service team within the Business School, you will provide consistent, high quality support for all student cohorts. The Service is underpinned by principles of quality, equity, consistency and opportunity; delivering an exceptional student experience for all. The Service encourages staff to become more flexible; providing opportunities to work in a variety of roles across the Service with professional training and development.

You will support student education processes, with responsibility for timetabling provision across 47 programmes of study, over 400 modules with in excess of 3,000 students.

You will be required to work flexibly with members of staff within the Student Education Service and, where necessary, support other activities as workloads fluctuate.  You will work collaboratively with team members within the Business School, with other Faculties and central services.

With excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a demanding workload, you will be able to demonstrate keen attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your role. You should possess a good level of competency in the use of IT systems and excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills.
