Minimum Requirements

  • PhD – relevant subjects in Public Administration


Knowledge (Must know)

  • 5 years teaching experience at tertiary level

  • 3 years – research and publications M and PhD

  • Lecturing large and small classes at tertiary level

  • Doing research and reporting findings

  • Writing articles and other publications

  • Computer literacy, report writing and other academic writing

  • Listening, decision making and strategic thinking

  • Lecturing and people management

  • Time management
