Phone Interview - Form F Assessor - Hartlepool

Working on a contract basis, you and our client will agree on the best course of action and pre-arranged timescales for the assessments to be completed by, leading up to the presentation to Foster Panel.

You will be paid upon the completion of the assessment.

The Role:

• Contract - Deadlines agreed upon allocation
• Assessments - Paid upon completion to Foster Panel

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker
• Preferably have completed a Form F within the last year
• Be up-to-date with all compliance (HCPC Registered/DBS)
• Have up-to-date professional indemnity insurance
• Be registered as either a LTD. company or Umbrella.
• Have a clean licence

Having up-to-date Compliance documents already scanned/photographed/photocopied on to your Computer will also be useful, as Clients tend to focus more on Candidates that are Compliant-ready.
